Located in Ounasvaara, Rovaniemi, 2 km from Rovaniemi city center. Across the road are 200 km of summer and winter trails. The Arctic Circle is 9 km away (15 minutes by car). Lordi's Square, Forestry Museum of Lapland, and Marttiinin Shop Wanha Tehdas are 2 km from the resort.

I absolutely loved the hotel's location, nestled close to the SantaSport and with excellent training facilities nearby. The rooms were spacious, with a separate bedroom and a convenient kitchen area, making my stay quite comfortable. The dining experience fell short of expectations, feeling more like a school canteen, but the warm bread was a nice touch. The facilities were decent, but there was a noticeable lack of some basic amenities that could enhance the overall experience.
